Returns & Exchanges
Orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled after confirmation, except if the product arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping.
Reporting an Issue
If you receive the product and find it defective or damaged, please contact us within 1 day of delivery, providing your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the case and take the appropriate action.
Non-Covered Cases
- Returns or exchanges do not apply to the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Choosing the wrong product, size, or color by mistake.
- Variations in the wood grain or natural details, as these are inherent characteristics of natural wood and are not considered defects.
- Any damage resulting from improper use or storage after receiving the product.
Refunds
If a return request is approved due to a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
